The Purple Paladin In The Menacing Muscle Spasms

Let me state that I am not a medical professional. This is currently helping my situation for the spasms. Please ask your physician about your specific condition.

Dear purple butterflies,

I used to blame the fact that I was experiencing my muscle spasms, on my botched

plantar fasciitis surgery back in 2003. I made the huge mistake of not getting a second opinion beforehand. I realize now that I am not the only one who has done this, nor am I to be the last. The simple fact is, that is all in my past. I am constantly learning about my disability, as well as its effects on my body. For me, this is one of the good things that has come out of being diagnosed with Fibro. Even going through my darkest, depressed days I will never give up hope. Is Your Fibromyalgia Causing Muscle Spasms?, is a resourceful piece of literature regarding muscle spasms. For years, I wanted to know more about muscle spasms and twitches. Do you sometimes have muscles that tighten up and won't relax no matter what you do? That's called a muscle spasm, and a lot of people with fibromyalgia have this problem. In fact, some researchers consider it a major source of our pain. Spasms are different from muscle twitches, which are brief and usually painless. When a muscle spasms, it clenches tight and stays that way.

It’s clear to me now my doctors are correct; I do suffer from muscle spasms. I never truly doubted anyone of them. As you can tell, it’s in my best interest to do my own research. Purple butterflies, take a look at the section called What Causes Our Spasm? This November I will plan to discuss Myofascial Pain Syndrome (Myofascial Pain Syndrome) with my doctors. I feel confident enough that they would have mentioned it in the past, though it never hurts to ask. Unlike the back surgery, my spasm “cure” is taking five different medications everyday. It Is true I would rather have my spasms than pain.

This week’s blog persuaded me to share another character. She is a Purple Paladin. This will be my second character that will have Fibro, but she won’t appear in my novel. I am still working on her back story. Have any of my blogs helped you? If so, which one? I love that y’all are starting to leave notes for me to read. It makes me feel so appreciated and supported! Thank you so much!

Please continue to stay safe purple butterflies! Till next time! Be well!
